General Delivery Timeline
1.1. Unless otherwise specified, most orders are delivered within three (3) to six (6) business days from the date of purchase.
1.2. All delivery timelines are provided strictly for guidance purposes only and are subject to change without prior notice due to factors beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to logistics delays, regulatory clearances, or unforeseen circumstances. -
Special Delivery Conditions for New Launches
2.1. Orders placed for any newly launched product may require up to thirty (30) or more working days for delivery, calculated from the date of successful payment and completion of verification formalities.
2.2. The Company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery arising out of such extended timelines, provided the customer has been informed of the same at the time of purchase or shortly thereafter.
