Cancellation & Refund

1. Booking Amount & Refund Eligibility
   1.1. A customer may pre-book a vehicle by submitting all required details and paying the applicable booking amount.
   1.2. The booking amount shall remain refundable until the completion of final order verification by the relevant authorities and compliance with the remaining transaction formalities.
   1.3. In the event the customer requests cancellation of the booking after the payment process for the vehicle has commenced, the customer shall not be entitled to any refund of the booking amount.
   1.4. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to adjust the booking amount towards cancellation charges and any associated costs.
   1.5. The booking amount shall be refundable only until the customer has made the full payment towards the purchase of the vehicle. Once the full payment is made, no refund of any kind shall be applicable.

2. Refund Processing
   2.1. All eligible refunds shall be processed within thirty (30) working days from the date of approval by the Company.

3. Return Policy
   3.1. No return shall be accepted unless the request falls within the terms and conditions of the Company’s Warranty Policy.
   3.2. Customers shall be entitled to a refund only of the booking amount actually paid at the time of pre-booking.
   3.3. No refund shall be provided on any amount paid towards the complete purchase price of the vehicle.
